Radial Piston Pump Assembly For Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner(RL) is a two-stage pump group, it's usually consists of 2 MPE plunger valves, 2 MPB plungers and 2 HPE plunger valves. It is equipped with high&low load relief valves and filter hood. It is connected to a motor through a flange, driven by the motor. Its installation mode is oil-immersed, which is often used to drive hydraulic bolt tensioners.

It contains bolt tensioner, unloading valve, filter cover.bearing, flange plate.

Bolt tensioners are mainly used in fields requiring high precision and reliability of fastening, such as power, petrochemical, shipbuilding, wind power, and heavy machinery. They apply tensile force to bolts using hydraulic power, achieving elastic tension during installation or disassembly to accurately pre-tighten and improve fastening efficiency and accuracy.
